The appointment system is using the email address appointments [at] iajgs2022.org. Unfortunately, that email address had never been set up, and messages sent to it do not go to the mentor or translator with whom you want to communicate.
Please see the message I posted earlier about contacting attendees by email for the way to write to the mentor, translator, or any other conference attendee.
